Enrollment
Enrollment in a course is done by email or in person (at school) after agreement with the terms and conditions.
It is not necessary to do any deposit in advance.

General Conditions
Full payment of the course should be done after the first class of the course.
The price includes all teaching materials necessary for the completion of the course (no additional costs).
The price does not include any type of activity outside of the classroom and out of the course’s schedule.
Forms of Payment
The accepted forms of payment are: cash, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
The student will not receive refund if misses a class or arrive late.
In the case of quitting the course, the student can ask for a refund of 50% of the lessons that did not attend. The calculation of the refund’s value is done as follows:
(Price of the course / number of hours of course) x number of hours lost x 0,5
Students who benefit from the “discount for friends” can only receive this refund if all students who benefit from this discount give up the course the course or if the group remains the corresponding minimum number of students.
Missed Classes
If teachers cannot give a class, the students will be compensated with a class of replacement or if it is not possible, students will receive the refund corresponding to the lost class. The calculation of the refund’s value is done as follows:
(length of class / length of course) x price of course
The schedule for each course is provided to students before the beginning of the course. If the school has to close unexpectedly, there will be a new scheduling for the classes affected or if this is not possible, students will receive the refund corresponding to the lost class.
Administrative Terms
The school reserves the right to cancel a course if in the beginning of the second class, the minimum number of students corresponding to the group have not made the payment of the course. In this case, students who have paid will be refunded in 100% for the lessons that they didn’t attend – they will just pay the first lesson. The calculation of the price of the first lesson is done as follows:
(length of first class / length of course) x price of course
Caravela School does not assume any responsibility for any kind of loss or damage caused to students by partnering companies/third parties, such as tour guides or travel agents.
